We are aware of a bug in the billing system that has occurred after the latest upgrade from the supplier.
The bug causes double billing on subscription invoices in specific cases. We have an open ticket with the supplier and the software teams are working together to resolve the issue.
If your account was charged twice, we will reimburse the overpaid amount. (Note this takes a few days to be processed by your bank).
